Default Driver side window going down by itself

I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. My driver side window went down by itself on 2 occasions on the same day. I pulled the window up all the way just using the automatic option rather than just holding the button up and I saw it go all the way up and then I noticed it went down about a ¼ of the way by itself. I thought I was seeing **** and maybe I didn’t pull it up all the way and it happened again later on. Kind of weird to me, this is on a 08 Z that I bought brand new last year. Thanks for any input guys.

Motor might be going out or it might just needs to be cleaned. There are a ton of threads on this so try to search. good luck.

Assume that the warranty is valid. Have the dealer fix it.

You programmed your window switch accidently to not go all the way up. I did the same thing and have not figured out the fix but pulling the window switch 90% up will raise the window to fully up. Also happens on my Altima. Not just Z's. Call the dealer to find out how to revert back to default and post it up..

theres a reset procedure - thats all you need - if you replace then your going to have to do the reset procedure anyway.

just search for window motor fix and you will find the DIY with pics and how to do the reset action..

DONE

where in TX are you OP? If in the DFW area - bring me a case of beer (DOS XX) and I will hook it up.. doesnt take long at all..
