This is definitely rice. I can't think of any part that uses tape as its primary fixing agent that isn't frowned upon.

Tell me you have other mods done to your car and this isnt your first attempt... I understand that people cant all have baller parts (though makes the ones that do look sooooo much better) but good God man.
