As for the rest of you interested in this-especially those not in the state of CA, unless he's giving you a HUGE discount I would save yourself heartache and order it directly if you really want it. I will tell you this much based on past feedback from ViS products, fitment will be hit or miss and most probably require additional work by your bodyshop. And they even tell you this on their own website, "...Modification of part is required to ensure proper fitment. Test fit all body kit parts before any modification or painting..."
He's not involved in any of the process. You pay him & give him your shipping info, he then keeps a portion of the payment (his profit) and pays ViS with the rest and gives them your shipping info and ViS most probably drop ships it from their own location.
My only other question is: As a middleman what benefits do you provide the customer?
kinda pricey for a fiberglass kit.

Oh yeah, and everyone keeps every product on stock at all times and doesnt drop ship from the manufacturer? This is common practice, right?
Strafe is a legitimate company. End of story. We have all proper licensing, website, etc. SOME items we drop ship, some items we ship ourselves. On some occasions we personally deliver or meet up with the customer for the transaction. We try to do what we can to make the transaction pleasant for the customer.
Bottom line... we give the customer the product they want at a price they cant get better elsewhere, in a timely fashion. What else do you really want from a company? Please tell me, so I can be a better "MIDDLEMAN"..

FYI: VIS will not sell you this kit. We are the exclusive vendor of this product. And we are not selling the kit at their price.... try $200 less...

- Are you and your employees under or over the age of 30?
- Do you have a company website?
- Do you have company email accounts (aside from gmail)?
- Who will be manufacturing this kit? Is it ViS Racing?
- Do you test fit each manufactured piece for quality?
- Do you own a store or warehouse where you stock inventory?
- Will you be keeping a certain number of these in stock?
- How much will this kit be?
- Where will these products be shipped from?
- Is your "company" responsible for boxing and shipping or will the manufacturer do this?
- For items "in stock" whats your time frame time from receipt of payment to shipment?

Drop shipping or direct shipping is up to Strafe
Vis,AIT,Extreme dimesions, Chargespeed,Seibon and the list goes on makes the products we sell
VIS makes exclusive Products for Us and even if listed on their site we are exclusive dealers for certain items just like we do for G35

No company test fits every kit sold nor do they test every spark plug, oil can, tires,wheels etc the list goes on.
All aftermarket companies have a disclaimer about fitment. Not just VIS Racing. INGS,Chargespeed,AIT included. That is a fact of life with aftermarket parts.

I will ask my questions in the forum for everyone to see, as I have no reason to be clandestine, and it may put things into perspective for other members as well.
Thank you for the quick responses. However, as a member of this forum and potential consumer of products, and furthermore-being that this is not your personal sales thread (as they belong in the appropriate forum), I reserve the right to be skeptical and will read between the lines.
I will also check with ViS as to whether or not they will sell me an AMS-GT-Full-Kit from their website being that they are advertising it with a price as well as watermarking the entire kit with their logo.
I was in here yesterday.I have a printing business so my work load gets intense at this time with cards, calendars, clubs and resturant party fliers for the xmas and new year events on top of holding the family and friends xmas party at my house this year so been on the road getting last minute stuff.
Just got back into work.
I'm not affiliated with any vendor on here by the way.
Just a guy that lives in the Cayman Islands that wants a quality kit that has the look I want.
If I could request fitted picks of the rear and sides (without huge obtrusive watermark) & better pics of the front as well.
Also interested in cianci's rear bumper that is due to come out in Feb or March.
Like others here I have been given the runaround by vendors, so I am a little more cautious now a days.
My car is awaiting the kit from whoever.

i think strafe was fine in what they said.. to accuse them of being affiliated with AI when they have such a good rep is ridiculous. this forum is very quick to conclusions.

a bunch of people on this site.. LOVE to cause drama and try to bring vendors down... whats even funnier is that NONE of them have even dealt with that vendor before or are even interested in any of their products... but yet they still give them ****.... why? unclear.. guess nothing better to do?
