Default floppy front bumper, how should i fix this?

Ok, so this is my fist post on these forums. Just quick background on me i've have my 04z for over a year now and love it. I have recently this spring been putting aftermarket parts in it and love it more! haha however, me being the idiot i am went in reverse one hung over morning out of my garage and ripped the original bumper clean off. well long story short i have been working on only performance and was waiting for the winter when it was stored away to do any body work. I said screw it ill buy the first piece to the body kit i was going to put on it, the front bumper vis j speed. Makes it look mean, except that fact its floppy haha. I was hoping to find out if anyone has found a way to make the bottom portion of the bumper more stable. It flops in the wind which sux on the highway because of stress fractures in the paint. Please help me out asap!! thanks

Title says front.

Do you have the under engine panel on? If not, I'm sure that would help keep the bottom from flopping around.

ill post some pics tomorrow, i have the engine guard on under the car but there was a gap of about 3-4 inches which made the original guard flip out and drag under my car one day so i made an extension for it with vinyl siding which has worked great to stop water and the other guard from flipping under
