guys im in desperate need of buying a new front bumper for my 08 because the car i bought has some damage on the bumper. im in love with the stock nismo bumper but i wanted a few ideas from you guys so get at me!!

 

How bad is the damage? Can it be repaired? Post pics?

 

the car is gonna be here monday. but the bottom lip of the bumper was torn up from the insurance pics i saw. so i figured why not just go the extra distance and do a new bumper.

 

V3 Nismo front bumpers are a good choice but be advised... to do it right, its expensive. Look up Z1auto.. theyre good guys and I personally deal with Adam.

guys im gonna be buying my front bumper straight from the dealer since its the easiest way. im stuck on the idea of buying the oem 08 front bumper or the 08 nismo front bumper. any opinions!?

An 08 OEM Bumper is good in price and requires less things than the 08 Nismo does.

 

i've decided to go with the 08 oem bumper keep everything stock and do a type s lip kit all around. i was hoping some other guys on here would want to put together a group buy and see if we can get a group discount. this is the kit..http://www.autoall.com/350z-s-kit.htm

 

I would recommend against purchasing from sites that no one has used before more often then not the kits need alot of work in order to have them fit correctly. It will end up costing you more than if you just bought something from a trusted vendor.

If you're unsure what to get pickup a used bumper from your local subforum for the time being and attend some meets/do additional research to save yourself the headache.

 

if u haven't bought a bumper yet I have a factory 08 nismo front bumper with minor damage to the front passinger side upper bumper and lower lip with air skirt only missing the inner air defusers for $35 each side fron nissan. I want 700 for the bumper the gray lower part is all that needs repaired and painted my bumper is ppw. david griffin in arkansas em G69chevy@yahoo.com
