Ok, so about 6 months ago, I was stupid and saw this sweet set of headlights with LED strips at the bottom of them. I bought them from this guy, Bishop Phillips, and after a lot of bothering him, he finally shipped the headlights. After installing them on the car, I quickly noticed the next day when I came out into my garage, that he had NOT sealed them correctly. Long story short, I had to reseal all the headlights and buy all new HID ballasts and ignitors because they were all ruined...

Well, so now after owning them for 6 months, some of the LED bulbs are going out! I mean, he swore that they would last 50k miles, and that IF they went out he would help me fix them. He won't respond to emails and I need help.

Can anyone tell me the best way to get the headlight unit apart so that I can replace these LED strips? I have to sell the car and I can't sell it with LEDs burnt out in the headlights.

I will also pay someone to fix them, if someone wants to make a little money. Thanks!!!

nvm...i looked him up. Ive meet him before he's a da*n lier. He told me he uses actual audi r8 leds in his headlights. haha
Theres a DIY on taking your headlights apart its fairly easy.

Yes, he lives in VA and owns a shoe company. He told me the same thing when I bought them and when I got them and they were NOT Audi LED lights. There was a lot of frustration in the transaction, from getting them, to having them leak, to now having them go out. I wish he would hold up his end of the deal and allow me to ship them back to him and have him fix them, but I have a concern that he might not ever send them back. Not sure what to do..

Do you have a link to the DIY? I searched, but couldn't find it. i'm obviously not happy at all, and with my new ride showing up tomorrow, I really want to have this ready to sell, but this is going to kill the sale.
