Default weird mark on the side mirror

when i bought my car, i noticed a weird mark on the driver's side mirror. It's seems like a drop of brake fluid might have caused it. I tried to clean it, polish it but nothing worked. How do i get rid of this mark?

if it's sap....clay bar
if a stain, try compound.
it could be a permanent "stain" on the paint, though. Sometimes if you spilll super-concentrated bug/tar remover, for example, on the paint, and let it sit, it's bad news.

i doubt it'll go away with clay bar. I tried to feel the place where the paint is messed up, I don't feel the clear coat. The messed up area looks same as the fine paint area but only difference seems like the messed up area doesnt have clear coat.

I thought about it but since the area is so big, i'm afraid that touch up paint would stand out
