I'm looking at A-pillar gauge pods for 52mm gauges. I need some feedback on pods that retain the OEM look and feel. I don't want to have to paint something to match or deal with something that doesn't fit very well.

Autometer seem to be pretty common. Any other offerings out there?

damn i forget which one I have.. its as close to OEM as you can get.. flat black.. same exact texture .. same feel.. fits like a glove. Ill try n find it

 

That's what I'm looking for. I didn't want to put something in that was smooth or a different black than the OEM interior and have it look too obvious.

I've seen all kinds of pictures but they never have enough detail to show the fit and finish.

 

Did you figure out where it's from? I searched through your old posts but didn't see any mention of it.

 

I had an Autometer gauge pod in my Celica. The texture is somewhat similar to the Z's pillars, but IIRC... the texture is a bit "smaller grained," if that makes any sense.
