What do you guys think of custom door panels? Orange (to match the seats) and black (so it's not too crazy) leather maybe?

Or any other ideas? Maybe just black leather, and orange by the window/lock controls?

 

those seats are ORANGE!!...seats are really nice..but it would be too much if you put it on the door...put a dark grey suede or leather to match the silverstone..that would look nice

 

what about black leather on the doors with alot of orange stitching? It'd be subtle but cool...

do you know any shops that do this and an approximate cost? i'm dying to do red leather to match red leather seats =)

 

I dont know any shops in NYC, but in chicago there is at least one...they told me maybe around $300-400 per door...

ckny...i know a place that can do it for you..or at least they know a place...but i dont know any costs...i will get you the # of the place tom

its called MOBILE UNIVERSE in brooklyn NY...but there are definately good places in LI ...LI has a lot of custom shops

i second the black leather and subtle orange stitching ...

also please post pics when done ... i will be doing something like this come springtime and would love to see the work of some of the shops around this area (im in indy, chi is not all that far ... and im willing to travel for some good craftsmanship)

CKNY, do you currently have red leather seats. If so post some pics. I'm dying to see pics of red leather in a Z, preferably CS, but any color really.

Got the seats from David @ 350zforums.org, very high-quality leather... my installer dissapointed me and didn't get them very tight , but oh well...

i don't have red leather yet - i want to go for a deep red like the m3's... however i think i want to get the door panel done as well... otherwise i think it might look REALLY out of place.
