I bought this lip almost a year ago from a trusted friend, he told me it was an authentic GReddy front lip. The lip came in blue wrapping and you could not make out the features of the lip through the blue wrapping and bubble wrap. The friend was given the lip as a 'peace offering' of sorts for a blown motor. Here is a hint: the issue took place in New Jersey (if you are trying to find the incident on the thread history). I spent the winter waiting for parts to complete the kit (Greddy sides and Nismo rear) and ended up deciding I wanted to go full front bumper. I put the kit on and moved to a new place. I forgot about the lip and found it again while moving out and decided to sell it. I posted this for sale in the Northeast while still in the wrapping thinking it had a little more value being truely BNIB. After 1200 looks and everyone asking for pics of the lip outside the wrapping, I finally unwrapped it..
Tadaaaa...not a GReddy
. No marks, nothing to signal a maker. The original owner was the shop owner and he worked on a few types of cars as there were a popular shop in the area. There is a possibility it fits another car. I have the aerosync front end, the lip wont match up, but I can pull my stock out of storage and try it this weekend. So, I figured I would try to solve this myself and sell the lip if I can identify it properly, but I can't find any pics, so i'm looking for some help now. You all may be right, it might not even fit a Z, but it LOOKS like ti does from what i can tell.
Buyer beware I guess huh?
