Where to buy this CF cooling plate?

Where can I buy this cooling plate? Unfortunately I don't read Japanese so I can't purchase it from this site. Can any of you vendors get it? How much would it be?

it will be costly to get this piece from japan.

might want to ask our carbon fiber dudes (reen, ipt) to make it.

otherwise you can get a similar piece from by SP Engineering, APR Performance, EVO-R
