the OP never really said anything about them being blacked out. All he asked was if they are custom and can they be bought.

answer is 06-08 custom done and YES

DR. Venture. I must say that is really good work you did with those headlights. Looks like you really took your time on them. They came out great!

MAYBE ONE DAY WHEN I ACTUALLY GET MY CAR BACK FROM THE BODY SHOP.........

haha, maybe then i can take pics of my headlight set up.. i run semi gloss black painted housings, medium silver projectos and reflector blade, CCFL halos inside the lens w external ballasts, all the sanding work for the halo effect, as well as Greddy LED DRL strip under the headlight housing.. cant wait to finally see it all together!
