Jim at Saad built my motor.. not sure who welded my intake piping..but the wiring and other general install was questionable for sure. Seeing gauge wires stretched across the underside of my engine... looking like cats cradle... not cool either.
BTW does anyone local have a Nismo s tune muffler they can sell me? I'm going single pipe/ chambered muffler again..tired of loud cars.

the exhaust manifold "missing" a stud is a non issue. It has more holes than needed and only 6 are used. Even oem does it that way as shown in the FSM.
All that other stuff...........damn. Shoddy work.

found out that Nissan is selling NISMO gear in parts now.. so ppl nca replce broekn pieces w out buying all new gear.
20102-RSZ35 is the S Tune resonated 3" SS midpipe and
20103-RSZ35 is the rear muffler w tips and 3" inlet.
Back to a chambered muffler.. cant WAIT to not sound like every other d#ckhead w nothing under the hood and a huge exhaust tuba.
The police got behind me and ran my plate 5 times in normal traffic week before last.. im done w that kind of attention.

Yours carries pretty well.. just bein honest Lol.. sht has some weight to it Lol. Definitely can tell its a stroker.
I'll find out this next week what costs I'm looking at for a fujitsubo legalis or that Nismo S tune. Hopefully get it on the way soon.
Here's a shot of the car that Chris' wife did last week.
Apparently there's more shots avail soon.

hey im going to start a new thread on this, but ahs anyone heard the Nismo S Tune chambered muffler on an FI car?
Im picking the car up w a new 200 cell HFC in it, which should quiet it down a bit..
but i really want the straight thru tone gone..
I imagine id have no problems, just curious to hear one beforehand tho.. they arent exactly super cheap.

Stefan, I may take you up on that.. mine jsut leaks and leaks.. cant seem to keep it sealed up..
Ngyuen.. not sure man, i picked it up from Chris shop Thursday night, ran GREAT.. and drove it to work friday.. by lunch it wouldnt idle or stay running, so i left it at intense.
I assume the GT MAF died and will need to be sent back to Osiris etc.. theres no codes. so just not sure.
for texas fury.. search my profille statistics for threads started by me, "06 headlight mod, thread of all threads" tons of pics.
edit.. as for the rest of the work.. the cat chris welded in was a success.. im hoping the richness doesnt kill the thing.
It really helps the sound incredibly.
That coupled w the intake makes a supercar whine on the fwy, cuts the drone and rasp and blattiness.
nopw i just need to get rid of the throaty leak in my cut out lol.
should have the sides of the hatch wrapped asap.. then the wing can be installed, im really looking fwd to that for sure.
in other news, i may have decide againsts selling my F14s after all. the scrathces were fairly easily touched up and while not perfect, theyre also not a big deal anymore.
I finally cleaned em and dressed the tires.. put in the center caps..old or not.. idgaf lol. The tread life left on these pirellis is nuts.
hers a few other shots of the car:

got the o2 sensors fixed.
the cat in helped alot.
Han noted that the nasty weld shot is on my good ol ebay exhaust.
I have to be honest that i was never charged for that, so after that clarification, i have to retract that part.
we continue to try to work together to get it all hammered out.
My wing is going on the car this week.. pretty excited about that..
was a blast riding around w the back plexi glass removed.. w the windows down, it makes for little to no wind noise in the car... jsut flows right thru
Aside from that, updates are that my wastegate pipe is rattling against the underside of the car.. so we should be looking to bend that out a touch this week.. and my AC compressor bearing is louder than the exhaust now lol.
such is life.. w everything i had bought for this car over the last 2 years.. having them reinstall the existing 100k mi AC compressor and alternator was a poor idea of mine.
i will be paying the price ofr that now unfortunately.
had the cut off pulled off and capped for the time being.
car is legal and emmissions exempt now and on the road again.
I do have a hard stutter at 2500 rpm, and im following a thread on that here.. possibly my FPR on the CJM stg 0 RFS.. we shall see.
