Which Seats???
Hello oh mighty Z community....I'm torn as to which seat to purchase for my Z as finding input is severly limited in terms of how they perform while auto-x or track days. The three seats i'm torn between are between Bride, Sparco, and Recaro.
1. Bride Brix II
2. Recaro Sportster CS
3. Sparco Milano 2
I'm looking for a seat that'll hold me in, i've heard the brides are outstanding in keeping the waist down from moving. Haven't heard much feedback from the other two, so just wondering from owners who have had experience to share their input, thanks guys!

Much of this depends on your height, weight, etc. Its always a good rule of thumb to find someway to sit in the seats to test before purchase, but that can be difficult most of time, esp when dealing with the more rare of seats.
The first two are always a good choice in seats, but have you thought about a full bucket instead of reclining? If the car is mainly used for AutoX, i would think about a full bucket.
#3, imho, is a waste of money. Milanos are almost nothing more than Torino 2's or R505's, just come in suede and with a much higher price tag.
Most JDM seats are made for Japanese ppl, so they usually run smaller. Brides, however, are pretty good about accomidating the American size person. My Veilsides are EXTREMELY small and will fit no more than a max 31-32 waste, but they are very tight and hold well. Ive sat in many Brides, most recently the limited edition Gia's and they had much more room in the waste, bolster, and torso area than my Veilsides, however much less padding.

My weight is 163 and i'm 5'8. I looked at the fixedback seats but i'm trying to also retain daily driving comforts also. So padding does play a factor for me also. I'm just a lil tired of bracing myself from sliding all over in the stock seats during auto-x and track days. I've already purchased the 5 point harnesses and bar. Now i'm just contemplating a somewat track oriented seat thats still civil enough for say 3-4hour drives. So far i've been leaning towards the Bride BRIX II or the ERGO II.
