2"-2.5" on perfectly level surface

Black Z (225/35/19)
Stock 03-05 bumper w/ Vertex Lip
Stance Coilovers
~2-2.5"

Red Z (235/35/19)
Aerosync Bumper
BC Racing Coilovers
~1.25-1.75"

Both Z's are pretty much at the same height but the front bumpers made the difference.
Added tire size because I know that makes a difference on height too.

Mine's front lip on OEM 2006 bumper, about 3" from the ground to the bottom of the lip. Lowered on BC BR series coilovers.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction waiz. Its interesting to see how low some z's are on the street. I scrape quite a bit on my stock 06 @ 4 1/8" @the corner of my bumper. But i think im goin an inch lower anyway. (eventually)
