Default Where can I find the metal ring for the driver's side floor mat?

I actually need both sides of the ring for my floormat. I took it to a detail shop a couple months back and somehow they accidentally popped the ring off. And when I got my car back, no metal ring anywhere in the car. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can pickup a replacement?

Thanks

really? they can just sell me the metal ring without the whole floormat?

By the way, thanks for the suggestion Mike Wazowski. I just got this feeling that they will try to sell me the whole floormat. I'll try hitting them up this weekend. Thanks once again.

if not there, then i figure that home depot would have those rings huh? are they called grommets? i believe i saw a kit before. it comes with the different size rings and a tool that looks like a pliers that crimps those rings on. dont hold me to it though.

ooh, i found a website... they are called grommets. scroll down the page. i am almost positive that i saw this thing at home depot... or maybe lowe's. i'm sure it will work for your situation. those prices on that site are insanely expensive, but they come with a whole bunch of stuff in that kit. i think home depot had a cheaper set. it comes with the tool, the thingy that makes the hole and then the rings.

what i would do though, is take this opportunity and buy a set of nismo mats. that's just me though... always looking for an excuse to upgrade.

btw, whenever i go to a detail place, i always undo the hooks from the floormats. otherwise, if they dont know it is there, they might just yank that mat out while it is still hooked down and damage it.

whatever you decide, good luck.

Take it to anyplace that does that does upholstery, especially marine work (sails, etc). They'll be able to put in a new grommet in about 5 seconds.

Thanks for everyone's input. I'm going into the dealership next week for the amp replacement. I'll ask then and if they don't have it there; I'll try the hardware store and upholstery shop next.

Thanks again.

Maybe it is just time for a set of NISMO Floor Mats for $49.50
