First of all... GREAT company. I ordered it over the weekend, it shipped out on Monday and I got it Tuesday at 10:30am.
I did pay for the UPS Express shipping (~$36) but it was definitely worth it for next day service.
It was very very easy to install, even for a n00b as myself, who has no mechanic experience whatsoever.
This is the short shifter I got:

and this is the shift **** I got:

Overall it came out to be $289 with some polyurethane shift bushings and the shift boot adapter for the ****.
Here's a (crappy cellphone) pic of it installed:

The name of the company is TWM Performance, they're based out of Canada.
Their website is: http://www.twmperformance.com

I just traded my Z in for a WRX. :P

It DEFINITELY makes a difference. It's real short and quick. Having driven the STI before, which comes stock with a short shifter, this is a definite improvement over the regular WRX shifter.
I'm looking forward to installing the bushings tomorrow.

Im rocking a TWM shift **** in my Z and love it! I was thinking the TK shift **** for the weight but i found this one and its 480 grams which is pretty decent.. The finish on it is VERY nice!
TWM rebates for thread builds, and i will be doing the same for my ten bucks back very soon.. haha.
I do have this for the 350Z. I also bought the M1 Abrams weighted **** w extenders.
It is being installed now at intense Motorsports in AZ.. along w a billet alum and urethane transmission mount and tons of other stuff.
I will thread it up w pics when i get it back friday.

Ordered one of these also for the Z.
To replace the rattling overly knotchy piece of garbage stealin short shifter.
With the weighted big type r **** and also installing a urethane transmission mount from Z1..combo should be oh so sweet when installed.
