Racing seats and factory seat belts?

Racing seats and factory seat belts?
Track season is coming up and I'm thinking about doing a few more mod's. I'd like to install some non-reclining racing seats but I don't want to add the roll bar or roll cage for a 5 or 6 point harness system. I'd like to get a lower seat and I think the seat alone will give me 80% of the benefit of staying put in the corners. The biggest thing I want to accomplish is to keep from sliding around so much. I do have the seat belt locks which work great. I know there are harness bars but I'm worried about the comments of neck injuries in a roll-over with harnesses and a harness bar. (stiff harnesses with no compliance...)
So, is it a bad idea to use factory seat belts with racing seats? Anyone doing this on the track? If so, can you shoot me some pictures of your seat up? Did you have to lengthen any of the seat belts?

Some seats work cause they don't have high sides on them but if you do roll your car you are still sitting in a seat that is made to stay intact. Fixed bucket seats are not safe without a rollbar.
