Thanks guys, after looking at some pictures, I think you are right about them being C-west. I like the way he painted the bottom of the skirts, and I am curious how he painted the rest. Does anyone have any additional pictures of this car?

I don't think it's two-tone; probably just the shadow that makes it look darker on the bottom.

And I already told you where you can find more info (and probably pics).

They are both C-West on the Silver and Blue Z...

the Silver (Quan) has two-tone, black stripe along the lines of the side skirts.

Blue (mine) is all solid color

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for posting. I wanted to get an idea of what the painted two tone C-West side skirts looked like, and it is the color my car. That car is awesome!
