very quick bolt size question
is the bolt size for hood 8mm x 1.25 thread? Couldn't find out on FSM

I think it is a 8mm, i Know the size the fits over it is a 10mm to remove it.

If it is 8mm bolt, then the pitch is 1.25

back on this Q, i checked the nut size but they are 12mm not 8mm. Am i missing something?

The nut size is not the same size as the bolt size. 12mm nut is typical for 8mm bolt.
