Ready to paint, need opinions
Hi everyone,
I got my SL2 front/sides and Chargespeed rear installed, so it's now ready to get painted. My Z is white and doing 2 tone setup all the way around. Here is my question.
Should I do gloss or flat black? I have flat black wheels btw.
Thanks in advance.

Which two tone style?
Photoshop rendering or any idea of where you'll have each of the two tones?
There are several different ways that people do two tone.
It's hard to say without knowing if you're doing:
A) black along the splitter & side skirts with white over the rest of the car
B) black along the hood & top with white over the rest of the car
C) racing stripes
D) flames
E) pinstriping
F) JDM tyte dragon down the side

Nice
Nice.
I'd go with flat black only along the splitter in the front and along the bottom of the sideskirts a few inches up where that line goes across. Paint the rest to match the car. Oh, if that is the CF diffoozer on the chargespeed, I'd leave it CF, otherwise, I'd paint it flat black as well.
Looks like the fitment was pretty good. GL OP. She's gonna be hawt.

Im glad yours turned out good. I know you were worried. I wish mine was usable. The vendor emailed me back and wants me to call him Monday to get this worked out. I hope he will give me my money back because I already ordered an authentic Chargespeed a few days ago.

flat vs gloss
I'm only leaning towards flat black because everything else black on the car is flat black - wheels, panel at mirrors, panel behind door, etc. I think that if everything else is already flat black, it would look better for it to match those existing accent pieces. If you go with gloss black, I would think about repainting those other items a gloss black. One way or the other, I think that it should all be the same and that you don't want black accents to be a mix of gloss and flat or it will look off.
It isn't odd on a car that is painted all black glossy to have the flat black accents - because they are accents in that case. However, for a car that is white as its primary color, I wouldn't want some of my body pieces/panels/tires to be flat black and others to be gloss.

One more suggestion
OP, it may be too much trouble (or may be a little over the top for your tastes), but I would encourage you to at least consider two things - 1) painting your mirrors flat black so that they don't stand out so much against your tinted windows and flat black accents in that area, and 2) painting your door handles white to blend with the car.
I'd almost want to see a photoshop of it to be sure what it would look like, but those two things stuck out a little for me in your pics.

satin black would be a good option versus flatblack.
Have an EF9 painted entirely satin black and its easier to keep clean than when it was gloss black and also easier to keep clean than flatblack wheels I have on the Z.
just my .02
EDIT: don't forget to paint the mesh too.
