Default Product Innovations hardbar

I just put one of these on my 05:

http://shop.productinnovationsonline...Bottom-018.htm

Very happy with it so far; the added height of the shift **** brings the shifter much closer to the wheel and the increased throw length has not really been an issue (hand is still faster than the feet). In addition, the increased leverage and weight of the bar definitely reduces the shift effort and improves smoothness. I did this primarily to reduce the time my hand is off the wheel on the track, and I'm really looking forward to my first track day in early May. Looks good in the car too!

Cool looking shift ****. Although a bit towards the steep side when it comes to costs.

A few pics showing the ****, the relationship to the wheel, and the 1-2 throw. By the way, I didn't find the price bad at all; this is a cnc machined billet aluminum **** with correct threading (screw on, screw off). It's WAY cheaper than a lot of the jdm *****, and a totally quality piece $80 ain't bad at all considering.

Yeah, it is a bit suggestive lol. Having said that, I didn't do it for aesthetics but for function, and it works well. Looking forward to trying it on the track; again, less time with the right hand off the wheel under heavy brake

You guys are missing the point! Just screw that thing on with a little Loctite and your gf's will have to stay with you just to be close to your car

It is kind of too bad that it doesn't vibrate, although I bet unclipping one or two spark plug wires would do the trick...
