remove the whole door panel then theres i think 3 screws that holds that piece and the ac vent. Remove those and your set.

taking off a 350z door takes literally 120 seconds. two screws, one in door handle/arm rest, one behind handle pull... and panel fasteners. Done.

im kinda confused on this, I may be wrong but if im not mistaken isn't that piece solid black plastic all the way through? what is the silver color coming through and then why was it painted black again?

very easy to remove door, just as easy to remove that piece, i've done it before.

the part behind the door pull pops out- i think that part itself is held on to the shell by the four screws behind it which is attached to the door pull mechanism.

exactly, didnt want to tell a mod he was wrong but there are 4 screws holding it, does not just pop off, may have to take the vent tube and/or door handle&lock to get it to come free. i had to remove both

your also going to want to remove the fans or vent cover before paint, which i think is a little screw in the middle and some clips then it pops out

take the vent tube off first then the vent will pop off after all 4 screws are undone. one thing i found interesting about the door panel it self was it is wrapped with that rubbery feeling fabric. that means itd be easy to peel off and wrap in leather or paint the plastic.

Kinda agree. The guys that do custom cover them end up with a hell of a seam by the door jam. I just think it would be super hard to get that sewn right.

I gotta try and keep some things original haha. Mine def look about 8 years old too
