OP, any thoughts about using carbon fiber NACA ducts in combination with the RS cutouts? Just a thought since the NACA ducts will direct air inside the bay (slightly) and have a few cutouts placed possibly near the back of the hump of the hood to vent? Just some thoughts after looking for alternatives as far as venting the heat without buying another hood.
I don't want to go crazy with it, but I was also looking at maybe adding a vent or two at the rear as well. I'm going to do it as soon as I can find someone I feel comfortable with doing it.

Figured I better include this PDF since I started the thread.

I always envision a hood like this. The RS vents in the normal area maybe a tad bit forward. Then one vent maybe half the size of one of the RS vents. Running from the creases of the HR hump, right before the edge of the hood. I always thought that would be straight sexy...

This project makes me think of the Asuka type II hood... which I think is the sexiest hood I've ever seen for the HR. This project could be a close second... In for updates!

This is as far as I got last night. I increased the size slightly. I'm pretty happy with it but am gonna move them in a little closer to the center, as far in as I can without being on the the area where it starts to turn up the "hump".
