Default Nismo RS Hood Cut-Outs. Help Needed

Okay i have recently purchased an extra hood for my kh3 2005 350z. I printed the template for the nismo hood cutouts and lined them up perfectly on the oem hood. I cut out the support beams i needed to under the hood but am having trouble cutting out the vents themselves. I have burned up 2 dremels on the vents and am now on my third which is a dremel 4000 series. I guess what i'm wondering is for the people who have done this, what tools did you use. It's very time consuming using a dremel because it heats up quickly and takes forever to cool down, and if you don't let it cool down it will burn up very easily. What tool is capable of making fine precision cuts on a hood besides a dremel?

I bought a Craftsman Cutter to cut somethings when installing my Akebono's... it will easily cut through the hood support beams.

I was using a EZ metal cutting bit. I ended up finishing it yesterday, it just took a lot more time then i had expected. I'm waiting for a touch-up paint pen to cover the edges of the cuts and then i'll post pictures. I think it turned out great, i was just disappointed about how many dremels i went through (end count was 4).
