My point exactly.

I go to Dolphin and Dadeland usually... I don't take my car to downtown ever. Ever since they've started doing construction down there... I stay way.

That's a good point... I drive it often but not enough to be called a daily.

What is a "rear sway bar cover"???

Just put the wheel back on the shaft. The car will appear perfectly normal at firrst glance. I think you'd gather more attention by having it off in the first place. If the steering wheel is missing, just think of all the other goodies that are hiding in the car.

It's actually right under the strut tower brace and the other goes attached to the inner trunk so you can't see anything in the trunk. My interior is pretty bland so if they do see the steering wheel missing, I'm sure they'll see there's nothing in there worth stealing.

Personally i leave mine connected and rarely ever take it off. i can see how it could be used as theft deterrant but since i park in my garage every night i don't use it that way. if you are using it as theft deterrance make sure you get the lock. i find its strictly for looks since i don't have an aftermarket seat. during meets its nice to be able to lay your wheel on the dash and the only guy i've ever seen carrying their wheel around was at last years huntington beach meet and everyone their thought he looked stupid except for himself.

I got the lock in silver so it's visible from the outside and my seats are redone in gray so it'll work.

This would be a good idea. Just lock it in the glovebox/cubby. Most people don't even know that thing is there anyways.

Looks clean... what else do you have in the interior that's blue(aside from the exterior of your car being blue) to match the hub or did you want it to stand out.

Cheston, I got the same set up as yours but with the 350mm Grinta, black stitching, and silver logo.

Both your set ups make me want to get seats... I had mine redone in gray leather:

LOL my friends always thought my cup holder was the glove box handle

I think that may be a good idea but I open the door for my girl so she's going to have to wait until I get the steering wheel out of the cubby then for me to close the door for her... that's definitely a good spot.

That's the only blue on the interior, its not very noticeable when the wheel is on.

This is my personal opinion... but the whole racing steering wheel/QR setup looks odd in a car with our stock seats.

It doesn't [hurt] when they somewhat match either...

Kwame what size is your steering wheel? How'd the ARC V1 bracket work for you?
