Ok, so theres this rubber piece beneath the stick that is directly above the driveshaft. I recently got a new clutch installed and the mechanic did not put this piece on right. It has ripped and now dangles on the driveshaft, creating a squealing noise and hard vibrationss in my stick. I've search everywehre and I cant find what this piece is or what its called. Any insight?

that was very helpful! thanks so much! Its part 32859NA which is called the boot control rod? Just want to clarify that its the boot, not the rod though? The picture looks like its just the boot, just a little confused by what its called I guess.
