do you mean you need instruction PAST the removing of the cluster itself?

I was looking to remove that top cover without touching the cluster. Planning to wrap it in cf.

doubt that will happen.

Just buy one of these and be done w it, youl;l like it better anyway.

otherwise, you yank on the plastic under the column and pull it down, leaving the hood pop fastened as its a total ***** to replace it... theres 4 screws holding the plastic under your column itself, then theres 4 simple bolts to take the cluster off. you could then take that cluster apart..

but why would you even try? mask it, spread some primer 94 on the areas you want to wrap, wrap the dinoc over the whole mess, and trim to the edges of the mask underneath w a razor.. pell off your remaining masking tape....and hope to God it sticks in the heat of the sun.... good luck.

See why the cover you can buy is a no brainer?

I got your point, but just want to wrap it to match the waterfall center piece.

you can do it all while seated, no need to get under the dash until its time to put it back together.

May be better to just buy a CF Cover for the cowl.
You would not have to worry about the heat.
Have one on my Z...

Click here, scroll down and print pages 15 - 19. That should give you the info you need.
