I am not selling anything i would just like the question answered of why there are not hundreds of threads telling people the replica nismo kits are horrible and they should never be bought. as soon as i post about veilside i receive all hell.

But it is genuine VeilSide & not a replica - fit & quality is excellent

 

i never had a problem with your previous post and i didn't understand why people were coming out of the woodworks to dog the replica veilside kits. there wasn't as much negative feedback on the replica nismo kits, which one can apply the same arguments of flooding the market with fakes, quality control issues, and decreasing the value of the original as was applied to your post. there is also quite a bit of interest shown for the TS replica carbon fiber kit that someone on the board is getting made.
my personal take on it is that the early issue authentic veilside kits were so poor fitting that people just assumed that the replicas would be worse without every giving it a chance. i've had experience with replica kits on my honda (vis mugen replica). i've never had a problems with it. the kit was a very good mold it was just fiberglass is hard to keep from chipping. the replica was very strong and durable. the fit was also very good. however due to the chipping and the need to repaint i will never buy another fiberglass kit but i don't contribute it to the kit being a replica just fiberglass.
just my 2 cents i will buy a replica kit when i am in the market however it will be urethane. possibly the authentic urethane veilside as i don't know if there is a replica urethane veilside.

 

There have been a buch of threads about poor quality nismo replica kits. Maybe you haven't been been here long enough to see them - with pictures of how they fit bad and everything. Not all fit poorly - it seems like a crapshoot untill someone buys a kit from a certain replica company to see if it's quality or not. Some replica kits seem to be better than others.

 

i do apologize then, i just guess i have not seen all of them.
i remeber though when i posted on the CF nismo kit though, there was a poitive feedback to that. los pf people wanted to know about it and everything but when i post about a replica veilside its like it is the worst thing that could happen in the world.
just curious as to why people got so angry so fast.
