anybody know where I can get the clear JDM sidemarker that goes under the Z emblem on the fender?
i believe the Fairlady Z's in Japan are equipped with these.

 

JDM side markers are cool, but I would suggest getting Evo-R's Z4 LED side marker ($69 a set/pair). They'll be available in amber, blue, and white color LED.

www.japanparts.com has them I beleive. also I saw them once on ebay.

 

they sell them for $50 on that site plus shipping. i'll hold out till i find a better deal. but they are definately a nice JDM touch for the Z.

 

I do remember ebay was priced more than 50$... thats probably the least your going to find.

 

We should be getting them before the end of next week. (Finally!!!)

I don't mind those Z4 style ones. Perhaps get a set of those and move the Z badge down to cover the existing hole.

 

i think those evo-r ones look a lot better than those jdm's. the jdm would look fine if the "z" wasnt there. with both of them, it seems a bit too busy. imho.

 

there are holes under the Z emblem as well maybe you can just have 2 emblems heh.

Oh well, they're probably illegal for us to remove anyway. I agree with the comment of it being too much. I would've liked to have removed one or the other.

 

sorry re-read your post. you arent interested in opinions, just where to get it. i know i saw it somewhere, i am trying to locate it. if not, maybe you could contact a nissan dealer in australia and order it through them? at least they speak english.

found a site for the light for an s2000. looks similar i guess. that might be what i saw before. oh, i bought that convex mirror for the z... it works great.

will keep looking.

thanks for the info ragtopz, the s2k sidemarkers are a bit different than the Z sidemarkers. my cousin might be going to Japan in about a month, i'll probably have him pick up a pair for me if he does go. if not i'll just keep looking.

 

somebody needs to make a Carbon Fiber cover with either no logo or a smaller Z inlaid into it. the lights are too disco for me.

boy, i found several sites selling nissan side markers for all types of models.. but the closest they got to the z was the 300zx.
