Tbh no it doesn't and no it doesn't

Like anything else, it's what you pick

There are FRP hoods lighter than stock by more than a few lbs. The carbon variants of them are even lighter

True but we're talking about Seibon and VIS... Not an ASM or MCR. The Seibon's are piglike and the fitment is hit or miss.
