Hey guys,

I recently bought the desert eagle shift **** from TWM performance.

My experience with the **** so far has been great! Shifts feel so much smoother, and the **** feels GREAT in my hand... for lack of a better phrase.

I also got the gun metal which flows very well with interior and my blade silver Z.

However my experience with TWM was not very pleasant.

I ordered the **** originally in Matte Black, however after waiting a week and several calls to TWM, when I finally got a representative he informed me that the black was on back order... It was at this point I switched to the $5 dollar cheaper version (GUN METAL)...

Also I was told that I would get decals with my order which I never received...

I have emailed TWM many times asking where my $5 refund was and my decals.... They have not responded...

It is not about the $5 or the stickers, It is just principle.....

TWM is a company that always talks up their customer service and I have been showed NONE...

I am also posting this to qualify for the TEN dollars back they run on their site...

yeh, when i ordered and received my twm short shifter, they never included the decals either...
