Default Shorty antenna..
I went to the Honda dealer this morning and bought one of these,
Since i listen to the radio alot and i don't want to sacrifice the reception just for the look, so this one is perfect for me...

The atenna is from the honda element.. For $23 bucks
They looks good and the reception is perfect,just like stock or better..
Here is the Part # just incase anyone interested in getting them.


Side by side" element on the left,stock on the right"




On the car,fit just like stock!

Why did you not get the S2k antenna, and save 10 dollars and those wire coils?

I'm back working at honda now, I was considering swapping some of the different antennas to see if I liked the look, but so far I can't find one I like more than the S2K I already have. And they're pretty cheap if you can find someone to deal with.

it looks like something my ex brought home from a girls sales party. She asked for a rear installation as well.
Except hers was bigger, vibrated, and was purple jelly. It too was experimental.

You however have a small black one hanging off your car.

i would just go with the acura rdx one, there's a thread on it, looks much nicer than this one, or the s2k one.

i picked up 2 of them from the dealership the other day for $22, so half the price too.

Not feeling this antenna at all, it looks too veiny but at least it fits the base of the antenna well.
