Yea will i still have to cut out the area that i would in other words "cover" using your method, it would be best to cut untill i eliminate my rubbing...then add the extra liner like you said...no?

Without the fender liners your bumper might flex a little and possible crumble at extreme speeds...

I actually disintegrated the entire liner (tire rubbed it almost completely off) and the middle liner popped out and yeah carnage!!!! I thought a plane was above me until i realized my under carriage liner was dragging on the ground! Then i went to order new ones and noticed shipping was more then the actual liners.. Not fun Alberto has learned the hard way what happens when modifying stock aero!

I think im going to try that first...hopefully the plastic is easily mallible once hot
I haven't tried it on a Nissan, but on my old Civic I was able to get the plastic hot enough to reshape it a bit. Cutting is where you'll make the most improvement.

This is what I am leaning toward or like I mentioned, just cover what needs to be covered. I have Seibon CF Fenders which are +10mm. Not sure how the fender liner will fit with them, so I am just going to protect the headlights for sure and cover what ever holes are near the engine.

^what are you running in the rear to compensate for the +10 front fenders? just a agressive pull?

I personally only ran the back halves with no issued to headlights or anything else. I drove daily on a slammed z with 18's though. I gues it really depends on whatnwheel/tire sizes u running.

I was slammed and drifted on negative offsets.

No issues

A pull will most likely do. If I remember correctly, you don't need to do much in the rear, if anything at all. +10mm isn't much at all, I did it mainly for looks and now I know for sure my tires will fit under the fender(they would have under stock fender as well, but would have been very close).

Hmm thats legit! can you run the stock fender liners with the extra width? or is it kinda hard to use em?

I am checking that out tonight but I am almost sure you can't. What I am going to do is cut my stock fender liners and mount them where they normally would to protect engine and headlights and leave above the tire (top of wheel well) open. I should have enough plastic clips to hold the liner good enough, if not, I will come up with something to work for me
