Im wondering why people dont use Alcantara for wheels instead of suede.

Wouldnt the wear be less noticeable? Or would it be the same?

Alcantara is basically suede.

to be honest, I'm the type of person that likes my interior to match. So if I have a suede interior, I would get a Suede steering wheel even its a daily. I'd even fork out a little bit more money and get two so if it really does bother me I'll swap the other one on. Besides it's not going to wear really fast, you can just save the money and get another, but that's just what I do, and it's not practical though ;P
