Got the set for ~$30 shipped from "the-tuning-shop-team" on eBay, in Sept '10, and they still look brand new. If you don't see what you want, they'll make it custom, and shipping from the U.K. took a little over a week.
The shift **** is a Momo and the e-brake handle is Isotta.
