i tried to.contact them.via by phone.but to.no replie or picked up.the.phone... i called and.called but.no one.pic.up the phone. the.reason why i need.to.call them.is.because i.have some bad experient with z1auto when.i cancel my part order from z1auto that they suppose to.replace my order to shine aero ,becuase the shine aero diffuser are special order to made ., i ordered from beginning of february and now.is the end of march and.i still haven.heard from z1auto for shipping confirm or tracking number. adam however ,answered to my email super fast but i dont need just talk . i want my part.or at least about hem making it or delay and.such., i dont.even.know.if.he ever place the order or how he.even.contact them.... or he just charge me.650 on my card first. also this post is not a rant to z1auto or to adam. is just that maybe they need to improve about keeping in touch with customer. now im 25 and i love my car and 650 buck is aot of money to.me. i have all the email and the reciepe of when i ordered the part . so of anyone have shine aero working numbet please let me know

As far as I know,Shine is still very much in business.
Has quality stuff,may I add.
I know Shine was redoing their website---update on new products.
The ZI "AUTO" you are referring to,who is this?
Are you talking about,Z1 "PERFORMANCE"?
There is another Z1(Motorsports),don't think they handle many body parts.
Please clarify as you maybe flaming the wrong company.
IMO,anytime you are working through a second party,you are gonna have less communication.I've ordered stuff from Shine directly.Always had great service.
Usually take 2 weeks to make.A week to ship.
Again,if you are taliking about Z1 Performance,their service is hit&miss.So,I'm not surprised on your lack of communication.

 

Regarding the periods, probably posting from his phone, maybe samsung galaxy (happens to me all the time with mine)

I beleive they are still in business but some of these guys get really busy and might have a couple guys doing the task of 5 or 8 guys. Best bet might be contact through their site as provided on a previous post, might take some time to get back to you but they seem to be worth the wait.

but no z1auto not z1 performance..well i cant seem to contact them ... whatsoever. i really like there diffuser topsecret replica .. in monday or tuesday z1auto will refund my money and i will maybe order directly through shine. hey jcity do u have a number where i can order from them cause the 909 nbumber doesnt work well with me

 

Its been awhile since I ordered my parts from Shine.If I remember,contacting
by tele. does not work.E-mail works better(shineautoproject@gmail.com).
These guys are pretty busy.I think,a small staff.They have the actual molds
there to produce the parts.Sometimes it took a few days for Shine to respond.FYI...I was looking for their Spec-R diffuser.Its not listed on their site.Just saw pics.They went out of their way to make one for me.Came out great along with Spec-S skirts.
Their # is 909-980-3433...prolly the same you have.
