Default Headlight Question 03-05

Hello,

I have a 2005 Touring model 350z with the stock Xenon HID headlights and ended up having a car accident and wreaking the headlight although the ballast and bulbs and wiring are ok.

My question is, the 03-05 headlights that i can get for 130 bucks from the dealer are the non xenon hid ones ALTHOUGH is it possible to swap over my components like bulb and wires and sheet and attach it to the new headlight?

No, you need the xenon headlight assembly for your xenon light to project properly. The xenon and non-xenon projector shrouds are different.

I would upgrade to the 06+ headlights, if possible.

Search this topic and you'll find plenty of information.

Buy 06 housings, swap ballasts from old housings into the new ones. Youll need new bulbs.
