I don't know, the Vertex looks a bit more aggressive than the yellow one or the yellow tones it down; looks a little different.

+1 I have the Vertex lip kit and it's similar to the Junction Produce one but differs in the details.

My first guess at the top of the thread was Junction Produce, and then the picture that schift posted confirmed it.

Opinions on this working with the INGs LX side skirts and the Chargeapeed rear?

Not much luck in locating Junction Produce lip.
