Default 2003 Cabin Air inlet Location

Where does the cabin air get pulled in from? Is it the vent in the front beside the windshield or where?

Read the owners manual and you will be surprised.

Took as much effort as this response:

And one of them is helpful instead of being a tool.

Also, he technically asked where the intake location is, not if it had a filter.

I'm surprised by the uselessness of the above answers, If I had my owners manual I would not be asking here.

Nor' did I ask where the filter is, I'm aware there's no filter.

Does anyone have a useful response?

Figured it out, I was right its the vent in engine bay as I figured

Working on making a custom cabin air filter by means of a activated charcoal filled paper filter. (Tired of smelling skunks and cows)

Will post back when done.

Any updates on this post?

I am interested if the filter worked, I'm also starting to get the smell once in a while.

And where exactly was this air intake near the engine bay?

Thanks

I'm interested to know as well. In most cars it is in the back left of the car under the bumper. I can't imagine it would be in the engine bay. Wouldn't that bring in the smell of oil if some had been spilled and make the air really hot?
