Is there any reason a factory OEM lip spoiler would not fit on a 2006 touring coupe but would fit on the other coupe trims from the same year?

 

Which particular "other" coupe trim does it not fit?. As far as I know it should fit except if it is a Nismo Edition. Are you certain they are the same year?. Also which lip spoiler are you refering to

 

03 to 05 will all work, 06 to 08 will all work, then Nismo is the redheaded step child of the group that non of those styles will work on.

 

On this ebay link below, it lists for compatible models for this factory OEM lip spoiler all the trims (grand touring, track, base, enthusiast) except touring but I was under the assumption that only nismo is the only trim that won't fit like what you guys said

Just be careful with some of those eBay stuff. If you want the OEM look, try finding a used one even if you have to paint it. Also "lip" spoiler would get some into thinking you are refering to the front lip.

 

Whats the big deal?The OEM spoiler,"official" or replicas(there are a ton)is
just a small spoiler.Some are sold to be fastened only with 3-M.Factory
has screw/bolts.Major difference besides the NO on the Nismo,is the material.
Plastic or a flex-poly.These spoilers were not installed at the factory.Aftermarket installation was done usually near the port of entry.

 

I think you need to clarify what spoiler you're referring to?

If it's the Rear hatch spoiler then yes they fit all years, if it's the Front lip spoiler then no 03-05 & 06-08 are not interchangeable

 

There's probably a million for sale that guys are taking off of their cars to put different spoilers on. Check craigslist or our own market place. And yes, the stock spoiler fits on all coupes.
