Yea it's just two screws that hold it on. The one on the passenger side is the trickiest if you don't take the whole front bumper off. I have blacked out ones on my Z

Man,this info on what you want to do is readily available online-search.
There are videos to show you what to do.
Sounds as though you may not be much of a wrench twirler.
Thats O.K.,not everyone is a DIY guy.Suggest you take your Z
to a shop, especially if you want LED's and that kinda stuff.
You may fug up your Z and wish you had someone else do the work!

If the color is what is annoying, the cheapest/qickest way to fix is to buy some pre-cut vinyl overlays in smoke(see my veh pic-avatar-got e'm).You can get e'm on e-bay.While you are at it,get a pair for your clear backups.

I'm a new Z owner and I don't know much about them. So instead I post here instead of going on a fishing expedition and fug up my Z as you stated. However, I do know how to twirl a wrench with a little direction. I have already done quite of bit to my Z with out any shops help. However; when it comes down to wiring I am lost.

I couldn't find any videos on how to custom make those LED Reflectors, a link would be nice.

Welcome to the forum, please stop for a second and try to research topics before posting.

It seems like you want to do the LED reflector mod so just reference this link in the DIY forum:
