Default 300ZX car cover on 350Z

What do you guys think about using a custom fit car cover for a 300zx on a 350z? My step father used to own a 300zx for which he had bought a Covercraft car cover. I test fitted it on my 350 and it's actually a very decent fit. The mirror pockets are in the right place and the cover seems to hug the car pretty well without putting too much pressure on any areas of the car. The only thing it didn't have was a pocket for the antenna so I cut a small hole in it with an exacto and poked the antenna through.

What are your opinions on the matter?

I have both cars. Unless it was a "general" cover for a bunch of cars (i.e. it was big for the 300), a custom 300zx cover will NOT fit a 350Z. 350Z is too big.

As far as the antenna....I would of un-screwed it off instead of cutting a hole in the cover.
Just my....
