post your shift knob pics here!!!

1. Brand of shift **** (Trust GREX Counter-Weight)
2. Grip of **** (Kinda like a ball, Kinda like a stick)
3. Does it get very cold/hot easy (Very cold and Very Hot)
4. Weight compared to stock (It's called Counter-Weight for a reason)
5. Any shortening of throw (About the same)
6. How well it matches interior (Matches a 2005 up G35 nicely)
7. Price, and where bought from (Over $50, from a local Tuner shop back in FL)

1. TWM-Performance M1-Abrams
2. 2" ball shape, easy to get hand on, but can be slippery
3. It will get hot
4. 460-grams
5. Its probably a little shorter, but the weight helps the throw feel more solid
6. I went with the gun-blue (a true gun-black finish) and I have black leather so it works
7. just over $100 shipped and I made the silver finisher at work.
ARC Titan Shift ****.
Good weight and feel. Improves the solid feel of the stock shifter and enhances the "notchiness" of the throw, similar to my old '04 STI w/ KartBoy short shifter and Prova shift ****. I'm very happy with this mini-mod.
No need for any kind of finisher for a clean install

I wish the Tommy Kaira ball type shift ***** were available in the States. I'm not a fan of their mushroom shifter, and their ball types are cheaper to boot, 8,400 Yen compared to 15,540 Yen. Unfortunately it seems like the ball type without neck doesn't come in M10x1.25, just M12×1.25. However, the ball type with neck does.
There's no question that if their leather shifter was still on the market that it'd be a hot buy.
Ball Type (listed as 6M/T)

Ball Type w/ Neck (listed as 5M/T)

Mushroom (listed as 6M/T)

just do what the maintenance manual says.. take like a clamp, wrap a towel around the shifter shaft and use an adjustable crescent wrench and turn the **** off. it will feel like its not going anywhere at first but just keep turning it. mine took some effort to get off.
I like the Trust **** but I wonder about the comfort. http://www.nengun.com/trust-greddy/shift-****
