Wing.... no wing..... preference really. need stickers.... cause kinda gave me free stuff. +1 on get real ones, I spend nothing on lining up just surface prep and molding, literally when my car was red, I did not test fir anything I sentit to paint and everything bolted on with no problem.

sry for bothering you again, how you make your fuel door look like that? when you put the fenders you see how the fuel door is bend, how can i get it like that?
p.s i just got the veilside body kit, (replica, carbon fiber wing) i paid $600 in total for the 9 pieces, it looks pretty good, ill add more fiberglass to reinforce some weeks parts.
oh and what offset do you have on the rims? did you add any spacer in top of that?

my fuel door is part of the authentic kit, requires the removal of the stock door completely and fabbing a hinge as well as a locking mechanism, was left to the pros. I reccomend a stant brand gas cap, they are not required to be removed and then you dont have to fab something to hang the gas cap on as well as it stays on when you fill up, has a metal sealing door in it.
Reccomended wheel sizing from VS is 20x 9 +18, 20 x11-18.
make sure you trace you mount your fender up w tape and grease pen mark the inside edge limit.. you wont cut that high anyways, but still.. trace out your line similar to mine ( it wont be perfectly round, you only need to cut the width of a tire straight up from the tire.. try to leave yourself the tab at the back of the sideskirt to mount them.. and try to leave a bolt hold tab for the bumper corner as well.. \
you need to straight cut up to your line like in my picture and bend them in slightly to the fender lining.. make small tack welds in the v or each cut.. then mash those cut flanges into the top of the wheel well w a BFH and weld up the edges.. you want to make sure you keep those panels connected, the inner wheel well and the outer fender.. or things will move and ruin your work. Its just the right way to do it.. you do NOT want to trace your arch line w a recip saw and cut it all out.. leaves you nothing to work w.

I wouldnt go amuse as the front fenders will cover the side vent area and thats really all that makes the amuse unique.
The VS FE really isnt that bad.. most of the pics of it make it look huge, but its actually very small and very similar to the doLuck front end. its not a long nose, and it really slopes down fast.
Mines authentic, so i dont want to chop for no reason. But i certainly would like to try a different front end on mine soon.. got other things to do at the moment tho.
il save that for my own thread tho lol.

Hey guy's i'm new to this, i'm from the bahamas and i want this vs3 body kit for my z too but i want to find out some info before i order it. firstly, how much further does the front and rear fender flares come out from the original fenders? also would 20x9 with et20 offset (front) and 20x10.5 with et30 (rear) fit nicely on it?

When the v3 kit came on the scene years ago. I absolutely despised that thing.
However, it started growing on me as I saw more and more cars do it right.
It just takes a lot of dough to do justice to that kit. I've never been a big widebody fan, but some of those cars look amazing.

I agree.. i still dont LOVE my own to be honest.
I think that it has a cool old school heritage, but aside from that, I really think i could shape something better myself.. I just dont feel the ability to produce it in fiberglass myself is reasonable at this time.
When its time to touch this car again in a few years, i will undoubtedly remove the V3 kit and build my own RWB style body w some new wheel fitment and most likely some hand made metal fenders, etc. Maybe pirate off some BRS parts and cut and chop a bit.
Its what ive decided I want, but this kit will do for now.
