Default Regarding the n2 front bumper..

I'm planning on getting the n2 front bumper for my ZR but I don't want it to have the canards. So I'm wondering if those canards are removable? If anyone has this bumper can you let me know. Thankss!

Yes, and the holes are easily patched before paint. Call and ask, you may be able to order without canards

Depending on the manufacturer you'll either have indentations on the front for the mounting holes or you'll have them on the back if you're lucky. If on the front a body shop can fill the indents like terrasmak said.

Many of the replicas do not come with the canards and to have them is an extra charge.

Depending on the manufacturer, canards are optional. They attach to the bumper with
screw/bolts.Shine makes an excellent replica of the bumper you are looking for.You can get with or without canards. Also, they offer the bumper with preattached lip in CF
or Kevlar.Canards in general are a body mod that you either like or don't like.Installed correctly they are functional.Canards look better in person than in pics. They give the Z a wider look and depending on the angle installed, makes the car look lower.
I installed what are called "air vectors" on my stock bumper.
These JDM parts were easily adapted to mount on the OEM bumper.
They serve the same purpose in function&looks as canards.
