Vinyl wrap in progress, figured I would share!
I gotta say, that looks really good. I'm really liking the color as well.
Thanks for the heads up! For the most part, we've stopped using it too except on the backsides to help things not lift. Curious, did you disassemble everything to wrap the car? Also, do you mind posting a few pictures of your mirrors? That's the only place I'm not totally happy with, the actual opening around the mirror isn't as clean as the rest of the car just because there's no decent trim to tuck into.
For the mirrors i would advise cutting a small piece and wrapping it around the lower lip of the mirror that you can see from inside the car. Cut a clean line on the bottom of the mirror and wrap from there, ya know? It'll look just as clean
I've fallen in love with the color. I've been thinking about wrapping my car (not any time soon) and now I think you've helped me decided what I'd like to do.
Great job and can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done!

also, you avatar just made me roll on the ground laughing. Nice!!I really, really am unhappy with my mirrors too. I didn't take them off and my passenger side didn't come out well at all. I don't even know how i got the driver's side to look decent but I was gonna end up getting some different mirrors like the craftsquare sometime in the future so I just left it. As for disassembling things, I really didn't. For the bumpers I found it easier to leave them on, and for my side skirts I used the flat edge of my squeegee and pressed the vinyl down in between the seams and heated it to make it stick.

if you are somewhat mechanically inclined or good at these types of projects, and have a buddy who is the same then I definitely recommend it! I am really happy with having been able to change the color of my car, and the fact that it's not permanent. I will continue to keep everyone posted! Thank you all for the compliments, they keep me posting!
Quick picture with the car pulled out.

Part way done with the hatch.

And hatch done! Trying to decide whether to do the spoiler body color or in black cf. Please let me know what you guys think I should do!

Going to be done with the bumper, and most if not all of the car tomorrow!
I say black cf or just black it keeps the look of the roof and dark window on your hatch across the back, also would like to say you have done a fantastic job and I may be wrapping my car next winter over my break now! I was also wondering if you could keep in-touch about wrapping other peoples cars (i'm from Ohio myself) if I am just unable to do it to my liking but I know I could trust you after seeing your work here!
This is incredible, I love the color! I've been pondering on the thought of something matte, though I would want something that I could wax :/ I'm so torn between the Matte Dark Gray and Gloss Hot Rod Red. Car looks great though, excellent job!
