I just bought a '04 350z about a month ago and the front bumper has a minor crack and the headlights are a bit fogged out. I was wondering do the 06-08 headlights and front bumper fit perfectly on the 04 Z without any modification. Direct bolt on?

Yes they do.

 

Assuming you have HID headlights now, the '06 will fit without problems. If you have a Base model with halogen lights, the connectors are different and will require some re-wiring.

I also think you need new wheel well liners for the '06 bumper to fit correctly.
