Exclamation 06+ Housing/Internals "Relensed" with 03-05

Hey kids,

My modded headlights CLEAR lenses are hazing up and I don't want to buy new 06+ housings. I can get a set of 03-05 headlights that the CLEAR lens is, well, CLEAR and I'd like to swap the CLEAR part, nothing else. I have never had the two sets of headlights side by side, so there is no way to know if the front of 03-05 CLEAR lens will snap/screw/seal onto the 06+ back housing. I have found a few threads by searching, but the one I found MOST helpful says "no, it cannot be done-PERIOD" then the next post is, "I just did it recently myself".

Here are the links I have found most "helpful".

I feel like a total n00b at searching since my wording/reading skillz isn't working apparently

If you can help me out I would be VERY appreciative!

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE! I was gonna go the ebay route just to have something in my car to fudge around with them, but I have a guy locally who can do it alot safer and faster and without me football punting the lights from hating the silicone!

Thank you so much for your response! hopefully this helps someone in the future too!
