Just joined forum with my purchase this week of 04 convert. Love this car.
I want to change out the front bumper reflectors and replace them with a replacement that has LED lights in them. The lights came in today and was going to have a local guy install them My question is......can this be installed rather easily? Directions? Pointers? Or should I just bite the bullet and pay for the install? Thoughts? THANKS

 

If you're mechanically inclined you can knock this out yourself; plus you should get familiar with working on your own car since dealerships will rape you. If you're comfortable removing your front bumper and splicing a few wires I think you should come out all right.

 

You don't even really need to pull the bumper off. You can peel back the fender liners, and/or remove the undertray to access the reflectors. The right side is a bit harder, because of the washer bottle, but not too bad. There are a few threads you can search for, showing the either method of installing the LED reflectors.
